Senior/Staff Software Engineer - Product

What we're building

Fountain is building “Okta for web3” - The platform integrates companies’ custody accounts, exchanges, wallets and dApps to manage them in one place meaning managers can delegate different applications to employees without sharing private keys. We are currently looking to raise a seed round.

In this role, you will

• Work directly with the CEO and have visibility into all aspects of the company
• Engage directly with our customers to iterate and build a best-in-class user experience
• Have end-to-end ownership over Fountain’s product and user experiences
• Work with a design team and lead the product design process
• Implement frontend elements from design mocks

• Experience with languages and frameworks such as TypeScript, React, GraphQL
• Experience building technologies in the crypto space
• Product-driven mindset with deep empathy for our customers and strong intuition for end-user experience and business value
• Strong desire to work at a very early stage startup with interest to take on project from zero to one with collaboration with the rest of the core team
• Love working hard and enjoy a fast-paced environment with a delivery-minded mentality: innovate, iterate, and ship fast
• Intellectually honest and low ego. Thoughtfulness and enthusiasm in company, team, and culture building

Nice to have

• BS or MS in computer science, engineering, or other technical degrees
• Technical leadership experience
