Your responsibilities will include:

• Recruitment: You will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions. We aim to build a team that reflects diversity and inclusivity.
• Employee Support: You will be the first point of contact for our employees, answering their questions, helping them navigate our policies and procedures, and providing support for their daily needs.
• Benefits and Perks: You will participate in developing and implementing a compensation and benefits program to make our company attractive to employees and competitive in the market.
• HR Process Creation: You will contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and systems to foster an efficient and friendly work environment.
• Employee Development: You will be involved in designing training and development plans for employees, conducting performance evaluations, and assisting them in their career growth.
