2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship building.

3. Lead and manage a high-performing business development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to achieve set targets.

4. Collaborate with the executive team to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives and vision.

5. Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners to enhance business opportunities and drive revenue.

6. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop innovative strategies and solutions.

7. Oversee the creation of compelling proposals, presentations, and pitches to secure new business opportunities.

8. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

9. Represent UniApt at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness and develop strategic partnerships.
