The barrier to entry in Web3 is incredibly high. There are too many wallets, blockchains, complex processes, and a tedious UX that Web3 natives and non-natives are cluttered with. There’s an unforgiving learning curve, and with so much to be overwhelmed with, how can we expect novice users to enter the world of Web3?

Tria is onboarding billions onto Web3 with universal identities, instead of clunky crypto wallets. Threely can be used across 300+ chains as a DID to pay, login, and share zkKYC, wielding privacy preserving ZK and multi-chain account abstraction. In essence, we are a full-stack web3 infrastructure. Tria doesn’t only envision a future where Web3 can be accessible to all - we build for it. We are breaking barriers and building products to enable a fluent and intuitive Web3 where users feel right at home.

About the Team

Currently in stealth, Tria is backed by renowned VCs in the Web3 space. Joining Tria means becoming an integral part of our founding team, collaborating with a group actively involved in crypto since 2014 with early-stage exits. The team's experience includes working with Ethereum Foundation, ETHC, Litecoin, Binance, and Blackrock, and being the founders of Polygon's Native Accelerator. Alumni of UPenn, INSEAD, IIT, IIM and BITS.

Qualifications

• More than 5+ years of experience in top web2 or web3 Companies
• Graduated from Top Tech universities (MIT, Stanford, UCB, etc)
• (Must-have) Experience in AI and ML
• (Good to have) Authored some research papers
• (Good to have) Knowledge/Experience of zero-knowledge tech

Responsibilities

There won't be a fixed JD for this since there will be a lot of trials and errors. But it would be a chance to be part of a team building web3's first AI-engagement protocol enabled by aggregated zk-reputation. High-level things that you will work on

• Build Reputation Engine and Dynamic Reputation Graph
• Build Aggregated Zk-profiler and zk-identity
• Build Federated AI Learning
• Build Dynamic AI-Engagement Protocol
