We are looking for a Business Developer with a focus on Lead Generation to manage outreach campaigns and act as the first line of defense in client onboarding. This role requires a high-energy individual with excellent communication skills who can drive engagement with potential clients and identify new business opportunities. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy and adept at using a variety of software platforms for data extraction, organization, and analysis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage outreach campaigns to generate leads and attract new clients.
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, identifying their needs and qualifying them for further engagement.
  • Utilize various data extraction tools and CRM platforms to build and maintain a database of potential leads.
  • Analyze outreach campaign performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth transitions from lead generation to client onboarding.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and leverage this knowledge to identify new market opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with prospects, showcasing the value of our services and addressing initial inquiries.


Requirements:

  • Strong background in lead generation and outreach campaign management.
  • High energy and a go-getter attitude, with a passion for building relationships and connecting with new people.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Proficiency in using tools for data extractionCRM management, and lead organization (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and data scraping tools).
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to assess campaign performance and adjust tactics for optimal results.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
  • Experience in the crypto industry or familiarity with blockchain and digital assets.
