Your Role

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing to help operationalize and scale Polemix and opinion leader content, along with driving more generalized marketing programs to help build greater brand and product awareness for Polemix. 

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing and content creation with an analytical perspective
• Experience in designing and executing marketing and content strategies
• Experience with social media and content management, especially Twitter
• Analytical skills and the ability to measure and report on campaign performance
• Familiarity with innovative technology, or demonstrated willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
• Familiarity with Figma, Photoshop, and Adobe
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in an intense and fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• A passion for technology, innovation, and the potential of emerging tech to change the world

Who you are:

• A creative and strategic marketing professional with a track record of successfully promoting products, particularly in the tech industry
• Experienced in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and events
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messaging
• Skilled at managing projects, teams, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines to deliver results
• Comfortable working with emerging technologies and excited about learning more, as well as passionate about the potential of these technologies to change the world

• Create a brand and marketing strategy from the ground up. Help us shape the future of the Polemix brand, and develop a marketing strategy that will help us reach new audiences and drive growth.
• Operationalize from idea to execution. You will be the engine behind our marketing team going from whiteboard to clicking send.
• Interact daily with the founding team. Join our tight-knit team and work alongside the founding team to bring the Polemix vision to life.
• Work on world-changing technology. Be part of a team that is building a groundbreaking platform focused on ideas and opinions, and helping to revolutionize the world through our Proof of Support (POSU) collectibles.
