Research analyst with differentiated technical skills to inform the investment process

Role overview

Conducting deep-dive research on equity and token investment opportunities, based both on incoming deal flow as well as taking initiative to discover and evaluate new venture projects
Provide subject matter expertise on the quality of code, technology infrastructure and vulnerabilities of potential investments
Work closely with other members of the research team to evaluate technical aspects of potential investments
Seamlessly navigate potential investment opportunities through the investment committee (IC)
Contribute to all aspects of analysis, modeling, due diligence, and documentation to support the investment process from inception all the way through inclusion in the portfolio and future monetization
Track, build, and maintain relationships with project teams, as both prospective investments, both around but ideally ahead of any potential financing opportunities
