QA Lead for Mobile

The 1inch Labs is a decentralized group of software builders and a key contributor to the 1inch Network. The 1inch Labs operates in the decentralized finance (DeFi) segment, which offers alternatives to traditional financial products, based on digital assets.

Among the 1inch Labs' products are the 1inch Aggregation Protocol, the 1inch Liquidity Protocol and the 1inch Limit Order Protocol, which enable users to swap crypto at the best rates, securely and fast.

The 1inch Labs' mission is to make DeFi services available to the highest possible number of users, offering them access to financial products built with cutting-edge tech.

We are looking for an 80-level QA lead to provide excellent quality for one of the most popular mobile wallet apps.

Required work experience: > 4 years

Full-time, telecommuting

Responsibilities:

• Quality of popular mobile application
• Leading QA processes and testing workflow
• Organizing the work of a distributed QA team
• Decompose features for testing tasks and plan teamwork
• Determine the necessary types and methods of testing various product components
• Participate in product discussions & refine the acceptance criteria
• Control of task fulfilment, work with risks
• Hiring, development, evaluation, and motivation of teammates
• Implementation of indicators for the team, collection, and analysis of statistics, identifying bottlenecks
• Active participation in the improvement of quality assurance processes and procedures on the project
• Manual testing when it’s needed
• Preparing for releases

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of mobile application testing experience using both manual and automated testing methods
• Experience in managing a QA team
• Must be self-motivated, flexible, and have strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to own a complete functional area of an application or product
• Ability to organize QA processes and the work of a distributed QA team
• Good understanding of the software development cycle
• Ability to provide detailed and insightful analysis reports
• Good soft skills
• General understanding of Agile is a plus

Experience:

• Power user of both iOS and Android
• Swift and XCTest framework
• Kotlin and Kaspresso framework
• Use of CharlesProxy or use of any network monitoring tools
• Extensive use of QA tools and Automation
• Good understanding of REST, HTTP, JSON, and Client-Server applications
• Experience with Shell scripting is a plus
