Full Stack Blockchain Developer

Position: Full-Time

Location: Remote (on GMT time)

Start Date: Immediate

Our mission is to be an open-source collaborative where patients & medical innovators create impactful medical products. A protocol empowering the first patient-driven DAO.

Candidate has:

Technical expertise to develop solutions; ensure code functions
Deep knowledge of smart contracts including testing, implementation, and scaling
Experience with blockchain/s through development phases (incl smart contracts)
Ability to strategic plan & execute solutions, analysis & evaluation of key technologies
Team attitude with openness to training others
Work ethic to hit the ground running
Willingness to challenge oneself to learn / adapt with grow along the way
Curious mind

Required skills:

3+ years Software Engineer experience
2+ years of as front-end or fullstack or backend developer (React, Node.js, Typescript)
1+ years of Solidity smart contract development experience
Develop-deploy-run track record with Dapps/smart contracts on Ethereum mainnet or L2/sidechain
Hands on familiarity with:
Secure Solidity development patterns
Javascript ethereum SDKs (web3,js, ethers.js)
most prominent ERC/EIP Ethereum standards
smart contract development tools/frameworks (Truffle, Hardhat)
smart contract auditing tools (MythX, other)
CI/CD setup & deploying and running production infrastructure
High quality and TDD standards
Good documentation practices
Excellent English (verbal and written)

Bonus points for track record or knowledge of:

Crypto incentive systems
Open source database projects
DeFi protocols mechanics and smart contract codebases, and/or digital assets/payments and other token standards
Cross-chain interoperability techniques (HTLC, bridging)
Layer 2 technologies (ZK/optimistic rollups, PoS/PoA sidechains)
Smart contract auditing techniques
EVM Internals
BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Science or related subject
Biomedical and pharmaceutical incentive system
Biomedical translation or regulatory matters
