Cyber Security Engineer

About you

You are an experienced cyber security engineer or a software engineer with a deep interest in security. You’re comfortable with web application security and either comfortable with or eager to learn about mobile and rust based software security. You’re comfortable both designing the security side of products and you’re able to test existing products. Being confident in JavaScript is a requirement and any other programming skills are a plus.

Characteristics of a successful candidate

• Good experience with web security
• You can read, understand and implement a RFC or a specification
• Proven JavaScript experience
• Comfortable with both automated and manual security testing
• Great written and spoken English
• Experience working with an asynchronous remote team
• You know how to write a pull-request and perform a code review
• Solid understanding of security issues and best practices
