If you are deeply entrenched in the world of Web3 gaming, particularly on platforms like Twitter and Discord, we want to hear from you. Our focus is centered on the creation of Web3 games in collaboration with some of the most renowned NFT brands worldwide. We are in need of a dedicated Community Manager to spearhead our gaming communities.

As the Web3 Community Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Crafting and executing a comprehensive community and social media strategy to enhance and engage communities for our upcoming Web3 games, set to launch in 2023.
• Elevating FusionEdge's Discord server to a top-tier hub with the incorporation of bots, a dedicated moderation team, and captivating content.
• Working closely with our creative and production teams to develop content calendars that align with our communication goals.
• Taking the lead in internal reporting, consistently providing insights on social media and community metrics, utilizing our sentiment analysis and data tracking tools.
• Collaborating with the community to encourage fan and user-generated content (UGC), while also discovering innovative ways to engage with these community creators.
• Serving as the primary point of contact for in-game issues and leading community communications related to updates.
• Identifying and nurturing relationships with influencers and content creators.

Requirements for the role:

• Extensive experience in Discord server administration.
• Proficiency in managing brand profiles on major social media platforms.
• A proven track record in community management and growth, along with a deep understanding of community motivations and aspirations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Basecamp, Confluence, Jira, and Asana.
• A creative and quick-thinking mindset, and an authentic enthusiasm for being part of a marketing team that values collaboration, communication, and celebrating shared successes.
