Gemini is looking for a super smart, self-motivated, personable hands on person that is hungry, eager to learn and excited to join their Customer Support team. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction. This position is full-time at Gemini’s offices in New York City, and will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
